Privacy Policy

Last updated — July 2026

Counsel placeholder. This draft states the platform's standing commitments; final language is reviewed by counsel before launch. On any conflict, the published product policies below govern our behavior in the product.

1. Data ownership & export

Your data is yours, always. Each project's data belongs to the project's Owner — the agency or the end client, per the billing model in effect. Full export from any service is available at any time, in open formats (CSV/JSON), including during restriction and suspension. Export is never priced and never withheld — no export ransom, ever.

2. What we store

We store account data (organization, team members, billing contacts), project data your applications write through the SDK, and operational metadata (usage meters, logs, audit trails) needed to run, bill, and secure the platform. Sandbox environments move no real money and send no real messages.

3. Retention windows

Published, not discretionary: after suspension, project data is retained for 60 days with export available throughout, followed by a final notice before permanent deletion under this policy. Operational logs and audit trails follow their own documented windows.

4. Restriction & suspension

The zero-balance ladder is published policy: warnings, a 72-hour grace window, a restricted mode where reads, the admin console, and export stay up, then suspension. At no stage does data become inaccessible for export.

5. Sub-processors

The platform runs as microservices on AWS; messaging and payments flow through the providers behind our wrappers (Meta for WhatsApp, regional SMS and payment gateways). Each processes only what its function requires.
