Terms of Service
Last updated — July 2026
1. Organizations & roles
An organization is the paying customer entity, holding a prepaid USD wallet and any number of projects. Billing authority (Owner) and technical access (Collaborator) are separate axes; the Owner tops up, pays, views costs, sets spend caps, and may transfer ownership.
2. Wallet & billing
Billing is prepaid. Each project carries a monthly base plan with bundled quotas plus metered overage, each service priced in its published natural metric. Sandbox is free and burns no balance. Metric definitions are locked; dollar amounts are published at launch and never changed mid-cycle.
3. The zero-balance ladder
Service at zero balance follows the published ladder: repeated warnings, a 72-hour grace window at full service, a restricted mode (reads, admin console, and export stay up), suspension after seven further days, and deletion only after the 60-day retention window and a final notice.
4. Ownership transfer
Moving a project between agency-owned and client-owned billing is a formal invitation flow with a zero-downtime guarantee: the same API keys keep working and production is never interrupted by the transfer itself.
5. Data & export
Your data is yours, always. Full export from any service, at any time, in open formats — including during restriction and suspension. Export is never priced. Retention windows are published in the Privacy Policy.
6. API versioning & deprecation
APIs follow a documented versioning policy with published deprecation windows. Breaking changes ship as new versions; deprecated versions keep working through their announced window.
7. Acceptable use
No unlawful content or activity, no abuse of messaging channels (spam), no attempts to break project isolation, and no resale of raw platform access outside the billing models the product provides. Per-project quotas and rate limits are part of the service.
